We couldn't work out why the marina poles looked so low last week and then looked across at the river bank! A big tide combined with heavy rain saw the water levels at Woolwich nearly spill over into the park and the floating marina rise to the top of it's poles!

We had a great day out on Sydney Harbour yesterday entertaining this group of families visiting from the U.S. We passed a seal sunning itself on the steps in front of the Opera House before stopping at a beach near Taronga Park Zoo for a swim under warm blue skies and light winds!
